Dauphin Minor Hockey Association will begin registration for the 2026/2027 hockey season Wednesday, July 15th, 2026.
At least one parent or guardian must complete Respect in Sport per hockey player by November 1. To begin Respect in Sport, click here.
There are Financial Assistance Programs available under the "Parents" tab. Check out the links to see if you qualify for these programs.
Registration and payment can be done in one of 3 ways:

We encourage those with access to internet and the ability to pay via credit card to choose this option. All parents will be required to create an account (user name & password) to manage their account and register their child(ren) with Dauphin Minor Hockey.
Through the Hockey Canada Registry program account that you will create, you will be able to update player information such as mailing address, email and phone numbers that you prefer for all Dauphin Minor Hockey communication. You will then also be able to update and confirm this information at any time in the season if required.
Anyone who registers online will be required to pay via credit card and will be given 2 payment options:
- Pay Entire Fee at Once – if you select this option, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the player fee upon completing the registration process. A receipt will be emailed to you from Hockey Canada as well as Chase Paymentech (Our payment processing company) to confirm that payment has been received.
- Payment Plan to December 31, 2025 – If you select this option, your credit card will be charged upon completing the registration process and the remaining balance will be charged through equal payments until December 31, 2025. A receipt will be emailed to you from Hockey Canada and Chase Paymentech (our payment processing company) each time your credit card is charged, to confirm that payment has been received.

Those who choose to do the Payment Plan must bring post dated cheques, depending on their payment plan choice, at the time of registration (the first cheque will be dated the day you register, the other cheques will be dated for the last day of every month, until your registration fee is paid). Please remember that all registrations MUST be paid by December 31st, 2025. If you are paying with cash, a full payment will be expected at the time of registration.
UNDER 7 (2020, 2021 & 2022) $500.00

Under 7: $500.00 ( including refundable raffle tickets)
The Under 7 division will consist of amalgamated female and male players in accordance with the Dauphin Minor Hockey and Hockey Manitoba rules. Each team in the Under 7 age group will have two 45 minute practice ice times per week. The U7 2026/27 season will run from October 5, 2026 - February 28, 2027. Team sizes will be loosely based on the DMH rubric (depending on ice time and practicality of forming one more or one less team).
The DMH Board would like to implement standards set out by Hockey Canada and Hockey Manitoba this season. These standards included guidelines for games and practices played at each age group. The standards set up for the Under 7 age group are 35-40 practices at a length of 45-60 minutes each and 15-25 cross ice games. For further details please click this link:

Dauphin Minor Hockey is planning to have 3 U11 teams for the 2026-2027 hockey season. One will be a full-time female team and the other two will be evenly split house teams.
This means that every player registered in the U11 age category, this season, must attend the Evaluation Skates.
Practice times will consist of 2 – 1.25 hour, per week, for all U11 teams. Practice times will run from October 5, 2026 to Provincial weekend 2027. Any practice time costs after that said date must be approved by the U11 Liaison and all costs incurred from the additional practice slots will be the responsibility of the team using that ice.
Currently we are unsure of which league our U11 teams will play in, but it is our hope the U11 Female Team plays in the Rural MB Female Hockey League, and the two co-ed teams are approved to play in the Parkissimo League. Our board will attend the Parkissimo Fall Meeting to find out if we have been granted approval to their league. Each team will participate in 3 tournaments, throughout the season. Any additional tournament requests must be made to the U11 Liaison, for approval, and all costs associated with the additional tournaments are the responsibility of that particular teams players/parents/guardians.
All U11 teams will represent Dauphin in tournaments, their approved leagues, as well as compete at the Provincial Tournament in their respective classification.

UNDER 13: $1,070.00 ($ including refundable raffle tickets)
Dauphin Minor Hockey is planning on having 2 U13 teams, for the 2026-2027 hockey season. This being U13A and U13A1.
This means that every player registered in the U13 age category, this season, will have the opportunity to make the U13 A team. If a player is not successful in making the U13 A Team, they will play on the U13 A1 Team. All players must attend the U13 Evaluation Skates before the beginning of the season so they are properly evaluated.
Practice times will consist of 2 – 1.25 hour, per week, ice slots for the U13 A1 Team and 2 – 1.25 hour, per week, ice slots for the U13 A Team. U13 A1 and U13 A practice times will run from October 5, 2026 to Provincial weekend 2027. Any practice time costs after that said date must be approved by the U13 Liaison and all costs incurred from the additional practice slots will be the responsibility of the team using that ice.
Plans are still being finalized to determine which league each of these teams will play in, for the upcoming season. Each team will participate in 3 tournaments, throughout the season. Any additional tournament requests must be made to the U13 Liaison, for approval, and all costs associated with the additional tournaments are the responsibility of that particular teams players/parents/guardians.
The U13 A1 and U13 A teams will represent Dauphin in tournaments, league play, as well as compete at the Provincial Tournament in their respective classification.

Dauphin Minor Hockey plans to have two U15 teams, depending on numbers, for the 2026-2027 hockey season. If there are enough players registered for 2 teams, then they will be evenly split to make 2 house teams, but we also will provide an opportunity for practices and tournaments at a U15 and U15A1 caliber. More information will follow as soon as we are able to determine our U15 numbers. All U15 players must attend the Evaluation Skates to be sure they are properly evaluated before the season begins.

Any practice time costs after that said date must be approved by the U15 Liaison and all costs incurred from the additional practice slots will be the responsibility of the team using that ice.

ALL PLAYERS REGISTERED ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 1ST, 2025 WILL HAVE THEIR NAME ENTERED INTO A DRAW. THE WINNER WILL RECIEVE $500 TOWARDS THEIR MINOR HOCKEY REGISTRATION FEES FOR THE 2025/2026 SEASON!
Based on the number of players registered throughout the categories following the last regular registration, the Board of Directors reserves the right to alter the program structure to provide the greatest possible opportunity for Dauphin youth to play hockey.
